- STATEMENT OF WORK Thermaflow Steam Fired Domestic Water Heater Brand name or Equal to 1. Description: Our goal is to replace the current water heaters as they have reached their end of life. 2. Scope of Work: Drop shipment of brand name or equal to the Thermaflow brand 3. Salient Characteristics: 1.1 Item 1 - Qty (1): THERMAFLOW, Model TH750V-836DW Steam fired domestic water heater unit is vertical configuration. 15 psig steam pressure 30 GPM each heater 40F to 140F 1650 lbs. / hr. Unit shipped complete with the following: 8"" 150 psig ASME CODE Stamped heater section, 316 stainless steel shell, fabricated steel steam heat, double wall copper tubes, special cut Teflon baffles, stainless steel tube sheet. (1) 1.5"" JVV Steam control valve, stainless steel body, ball, and stem with digital actuator EC800II PID Controller 120V High temperature shutdown with RTD full BACnet, staged ramp startup, Temperature alarm and flow integration BACnet InterfaC'e Pressure and Temperature relief valve (1) per heater Double safety shutdown system (1) 1.5'' 36 Series Float and Thermostatic steam trap assembly Domestic stainless steel Intertank recirculation pump RTD, and pressure gauge Base support stand with all components mounted complete. 1.2 Item 2 - Qty (1): THERMAFLO Model TH750V-1036DW Steam fired domestic water heater unit is vertical configuration. 15 psig steam pressure 55 GPM each heater 40F to 140F 3025 lbs. I hr. Unit shipped complete with the following: 10"" 150 psig ASME CODE Stamped heater section, 316 stainless steel shell, fabricated steel heat, double wall copper tubes, special cut Teflon baffles, stainless steel tube sheet. (1) 2"" NV Steam control valve, stainless steel body, ball,.and stem with digital actuator EC800II PID Controller 120V High temperature shutdown with RTD sensor full BACnet, staged ramp startup, temperature alarm and flow integration BACnet Interface Pressure and Te3mperature relief valve (1) per heater Double safety shutdown system (1) 1.5"" Series Float and Thermostatic steam trap assembly Domestic stainless steel Intertank recirculation pump RTD, and pressure gauge Base support stand with all components mounted complete. 4. Delivery: Deliver to Martinsburg WV VA Medical Center 510 Butler Ave. BLDG 314 Martinsburg WV. 25405 5. Period of Performance: 90-days from receipt of order 6.
