- Update (8/17):�The SEC's responses to questions are posted - please see attached.� �All terms of the solicitation remian unchanged including the submission deadline.�� Original Notice: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription to securities lending data that summarizes transaction level data by security by day.� �The subscription shall include historical data starting in 2013 or earlier delivered through FTP download or via a secure web portal.� Securities must be identifiable by CUSIP, ISIN, LEI, and/or ticker symbol or similar. NOTE: All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to submit a quote for this procurement. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) subscription.� The SEC is not seeking a subscription that requires development.�� Please refer to the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation document for complete information and instructions for responding to this solicitation.�� Solicitation Attachment 1 (SEC Requirements List) provides the SEC�s specifications.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519290 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. ��This solicitation is issued unrestricted.�
