Description

Update: 17 Aug 23-Amendment 0004 extends the closing date to 3:00PM (EST) Friday, 1 Sept 23.� Update: 10 Aug 23-Amendment hereby extends the closing date to 10:00am (EST), Wednesday, 23 Aug 23. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is pleased to solicit bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build EHRM Infrastructure Data Center Upgrades Construction project at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1826 Veterans Blvd., Dublin, GA 31021 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Carl Vinson VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to construct �557-20-105 EHRM Infrastructure Data Center Upgrades� at the Carl Vinson VAMC, Dublin, GA.� Work will include general construction activities to renovate area of Building 40, for EHRM implementation at 1826 Veterans Blvd. Dublin, GA 31021.� This project is A/E designed and all work will be in accordance with drawings and specifications given to the contractor by the VA �ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation is issued as a �Invitation for Bid� (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation is advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. The period of performance is approximately 460 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.� All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to: christopher.yong@va.gov.
