This solicitation will be issued as OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION NOT PREVIOUSLY ADDRESSED.� Item is not coded as commercial.�� All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A letter will be utilized to solicit the Request for Proposal (RFP) as there is currently a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) in place.� A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).� A copy of this solicitation will only be available to interested requesters by contacting the buyer directly. � In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).� SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
