Description: VISN 5 is looking for replacement of the flooring in the Radiology Waiting room at the Hershel Woody Williams VAMC located in Huntington West Virginia. The flooring in the Radiology Waiting area needs to be replaced due to damage and fair use. The existing flooring consists of VCT (vinyl composition tile) and cannot be cleaned properly due to its current condition. All flooring will be replaced with LVT (luxury vinyl tile) along with all new cove base.
