Page 2 of 2 Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 (NCO 2), intends to solicit quotes from contractors for: CCTV for the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at: VAMC Syracuse 800 Irving Ave Syracuse, NY 13210 The VA anticipates posting an Unrestricted RFQ for this requirement to beta.SAM.gov on or about: August 21st. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. NAICS Code: 561621 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- alarm, signal and security Classification Code: J063 Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C24223Q1112 Anticipated Closing Response Date: 8/21/23 Period of Performance: 10/1/2023-09/30/2024 (with provision of 4 option years) Description: For preventative maintenance (PM)/service and repair of Lenel OnGuard Security System Field Card Access Control Components, Including Milestone Headend CCTV system and all Cameras which include Bosch, Axis, and GE CCTV Components. This will include all interior and exterior cameras and all the Parking Garage Cameras. Also, to provide a Lenel OnGuard Security System Software Service Agreement (SSA) Level 1 Plan and Care Plus for Milestone XProtect Professional Plus license for 12 months. This will also facilitate software upgrades of the Lenel OnGuard Security System Software and the Milestone CCTV System. This coverage shall include full support for all components, and software.
