- Description
- The USNS COMFORT (T-AH 20), one of two U.S. Navy Hospital Ships, is going through a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP).� The SLEP requires additional personnel to support management and execution, support design work, tracking of funding, identifying long lead time material (LLTM) and onsite support during maintenance availabilities in FY-23 through FY-25.� The contractor will be required to provide an Assistant Project Manager, Naval Architect/Structural Engineer, Marine and Mechanical Engineer, and Electrical and Electronic Engineer.� See the attached solicitation and PWS for additional details.� The period of Performance will be September 2023 - September 2025.� The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract and each firm fixed price task order will have its own PWS for the contractor to bid.
