Description

Solicitation N0042123T0018 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source to Northrop Grumman who is the OEM of the Tactical Data Link Integration Exerciser {TIGER) software under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.� TIGER is proprietary to Northrop Grumman and all updates must come from Northrop Grumman. Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) uses TIGER specifically to run their certification scenarios. �Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.� Award all or none See Attached RFQ. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. �Responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 5:00 pm est. on 24 August 2023.
