- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center, on behalf of the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Milwaukee VAMC) located at 5000 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI, 53295 is soliciting quotes for a contractor to provide Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist services. The purpose of this solicitation is for contractors to provide two (2) MRI Technologist to provide support to the Medical Imaging Department. These services will be performed on-site at the Milwaukee VAMC with regular 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with start times between from 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. or 11:30 a.m. 8:00 p.m.. On-calls hours are shared with other VA MRI Technologist weekdays Monday through Friday 8:00 p.m. 6:00 a.m., estimated 1 day per week or 10 hours. Weekend on-call is from Friday 8:00 p.m. 6:00 a.m. Monday and includes Federal Holidays on a rotational basis. Overtime is any hours exceeding 40 per week, which may be requested, estimated 2-3 hours per month. The anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024, with one six-month option period. The NAICS for this requirement is 561320 Temporary Help Services, which is a small business size standard of $34 million. These services have been determined as non-personal services. Quotes including options will be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical capability of performing required services, SDVOSB status as verified in SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov), and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer provides the best value to the Government. All qualified offerors who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to respond to the solicitation. Offerors are reminded to complete registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov | Home), including Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
