Description
Synopsis:� The Air Force Sustainment Center's Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Initiative (AFSC MROi) involves the transformation and standardization of both the business processes and enabling materiel solution.� The MROi will provide an integrated capability for planning, scheduling, and executing organic depot maintenance.� Utilizing Oracle's complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (cMRO) module and other Oracle E-Business Suite software components, MROi will replace legacy system-driven processes and create a more efficient workforce by optimizing resource consumption and workload assignment, facilitating what-if planning and reducing rework by integrating quality and maintenance-driven financial processes within depot maintenance operations. On or about� 20 October 2023 an 8(a) set-aside solicitation is anticipated for a contractor to provide the MROi Process Support Office with pre-data cleansing and related support services for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in order to prepare and support AFSC�s organic depot complexes for implementation of the MROi solution.� The term of the anticipated contract will commence in April 2024.� A draft Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) is attached detailing specifics relating to the project, the requirements, and the desired contractor's experience, capabilities, and performance objectives. To respond to this Sources Sought Solicitation:��In an email addressed to the Point of Contact listed below, provide the following: An email subject line containing the responding firm's name and Req # 10571 MROi� � The firm's SBA 8(a) case number � A summary of the firm's qualifications, capabilities and experiences relative to the Description of Services described within the draft PWS.��(not to exceed one page, please)� � Optional:� Briefly describe any technological improvements, products or innovations that the MROi Process Support Office ought to consider before finalizing the Performance-based Work Statement.� (not to exceed one page, please)� (end)
