Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) herein issuance solicitation 15BFA023B00000037 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Install AST at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Otisville), located in Otisville, NY. Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Otisville is a federal owned facility located at Two Mile Drive, Otisville, NY 10963.� The project consists of the following:� The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Install AST at FCI Otisville.�The contractor shall be responsible for removing two (2) 30,000-gallon Underground Storage Tanks (UST) and one (1) 2,500- gallon UST along with all related piping and accessories. Supply and install two (2) 30,000-gallon Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) and one (1) 10,000-gallon AST, along with all related piping and accessories. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. (NOTE: This range is one of 8 available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range.� It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range).� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 237120 with a corresponding small business size standard of $45 Million. The solicitation is set aside exclusively for small business contractors. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the website at https://SAM.gov.
