Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Cadwell Laboratories Incorporated , 909 NORTH KELLOG, KENNEWICK,WA 99336 to obtain 8 copies of the Persyst Comprehensive Monitoring software Pack for the Jamaica Plain, MA VAMC. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Beta-SAM. The applicable NAICS code is 511210 with a $38.5 Million size standard. The FSC is 7A21. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
