Description

***AMENDMENT 1: Increase page limitation for technical capabilities from ten (10) pages to twenty (20) pages. Amended CAR 1352.213-70 Evaluation Utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures is attached.*** --Investigative database portion of this requirement is Brand Name or Equal to Thomson Reuters CLEAR-- --Please see attached RFQ for complete SON and details-- NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement requires an investigative database to research subjects of interest in support of investigations that will produce actionable intelligence. OLE is seeking a comprehensive and up to date database that aggregates public and proprietary records, such as DMV, phone records, business data and court records, and provides multi- jurisdictional data to provide a more complete picture of a subject. OLE also requires access to License Plate Recognition (LPR) data to query nationwide location information on vehicles of interest in real time.
