Description

This solicitation, PANNGB-23-P-0000-012200, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023.� This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business.� The NAICS code is 315210 and the small business size standard is 750 employees.� The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The basis for award is Price. The government intends to issue a single firm fixed price award.� The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: ITEM 1: Male Enlisted Tropical Service Cap w/ Emblem (Various sizes) QUANTITY = 15 Each. Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 FOB: Destination The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days estimated to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer.� To be quoted as Unit Price and Total Dollar Amount. Item Condition: New Item ONLY; NO remanufactured or gray market items. For ASU coats and slacks/trousers, the government will accept serge or tropical materials as described in DA PAM 670-1, paragraphs 11-4 and 12-4. � Please refer to Attachment 3 for the provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation. All Representations and Certifications shall be completed within the contractor's System for Award Management (SAM) profile on www.sam.gov.
