- Statement of Work Ceiling Patient Lifts for Albany VA Medical Center 6/27/23 GENERAL INFORMATION The general scope of this procurement is to purchase a Traverse Ceiling Patient Lift for use in the Albany VAMC morgue. Equipment Purchase SCOPE REQUIREMENT/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS/SPECIFICATIONS Common Nomenclature: Ceiling Lift Kind of material: Varies Electrical Data: 120v standard electrical Dimensions, size, capacity: 770 lbs weight capacity Principles of operation: Powered ceiling lift that can be used with slings from other manufactures. Restrictive environmental conditions: Intended use: Indoor use Equipment with which the item is used, Job related tools: Wipeable patient slings End item application: Assist with patient transfers and reduce injury potential for staff. Original equipment manufacturer part number: GH3+ 350 120 10110, GH# Cross Hanger Other pertinent information that describes the item, material or service required: The system must include the following components for acceptance: 770 lb. Safe Working Load Four point sling bar with at least 20.5"" spread. Emergency release to lower patient in event of power failure Continuous in rail charging at any location Wired remote control Traverse rail system Written approval to use loop style slings from other manufacturers on this patient lift Data collection on lift usage OTHER UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS Compatibility with Existing Equipment: NA Applicable DICOM compliance, Directives or IT Policies: Coordination with On-going Construction Project (provide the project number): N/A Warranty: 1 year from date of receipt Training: On site training to be completed by company representative Service and/or Maintenance: Safety/ISO/IT/BioMed/SPS & Other Departmental Compliance: Annual PM to be completed by Bio Med. Device will need access to VA wifi. No patient or sensitive information is collected by this device. DELIVERY This section should clearly state: Contractor must deliver all components for fully operational system. Contractor must deliver all components of the system as stated in this solicitation within 30 days of award notice. Contractor must deliver all items in this solicitation to Stratton VA Medical Center 113 Holland Ave Albany NY 12208 Upon receipt, the Government will inspect items for condition and working operation and acknowledge condition within 1 week of receipt. Standard FOB Destination is required Government-Furnished Property, Material, Equipment, or Information (GFP, GFM, GFE, or GFI) N/A SECURITY N/A SPECIAL MATERIAL REQUIREMENT N/A PLACE OF PERFORMANCE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance for this contract will be 30 calendar days from award notice.
