- Page 1 of In accordance with FAR 6.302-5, this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award under a GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract#: GS-06F-0060P Task Order as a sole source procurement for the following requirement to a Large Business, Johnson Controls, Inc., 507 E Michigan ST M-93, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202: Johnson Controls, Inc. is the OEM and the sole authorized servicer for their proprietary Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) equipment and software based on the market research. VA Location: Cheyenne VA Medical Center, 2360 East Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne WY 82001 The OEM: Johnson Controls, Inc. equipment and software support services that are to be provided by Johnson Controls, Inc. are: Monthly, 1-day of preventive maintenance services troubleshooting, and programming services for hundreds of Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) Metasys As needed emergency/unscheduled repairs & parts and assistance 24/7 with a 4-hour response time Technician performing work must have a minimum of three years experience with healthcare facilities and be familiar with VA or other Federal Government facilities and procedures. Certification and resumes shall be provided. Technician will assist facility HVAC personnel with control issues including, but not limited to, investigation and repair of AHU controls to include temperature and pressure sensors, valve actuators, damper actuators and other hardware necessary for maintaining the HVAC system in fully operational condition, investigation and modification of HVAC control programs to include sequence of operations, time and calendar operational setbacks, outside air temperature resets and other software changes necessary to maintain the HVAC system in fully operational condition. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 561210 and the Business Size Standard is $47 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Friday, August 24th, 2023. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to John.Cheng2@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
