- UPDATE 24 AUG 23 Virtual Foreign Participation is allowed at this time.� UPDATE 17 AUG 23 The Government presentation will be held on 8/30/23 from 9-10am CST. We will have sign in and introductions for about the first 10-15 minutes. Then get started at 9:15AM. This will be held for both virtual and in person attendees at the same time.� I will send out a meeting invite for this briefing for anyone that has sent a request to be included, IAW the instructions below, on or before 25 Aug 23. If you do not have this meeting invite by 28 Aug 23, please email Amanda.Jones.39@us.af.mil.� We are planning on posting the Government brief presented and any Questions and Answers provided during Industry Day on this announcement, prior to 14 Sep 23.� We appreciate your interest in our requirement.� UPDATE 9 AUG 23 Foreign National participation will not be authorized for in-person industry day, as they will not have access to base. The Government is still working on a determination to see if they will be allowed to participate virtually and in the overall procurement.� UPDATE 3 AUG 23 1. There will be a virtual and in person option. The dates chosen for Industry Day are 30-31 Aug 2023. The location for Industry Day is Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK.� More information regarding the Government's requirement will be provided on this announcement prior to Industry Day.� The Government will not pay, reimburse, and/or allocate any funds to any company (or person) for participation in Industry Day or provide funds for any response to any request for information that supports planning for this requirement.� In support of planning Industry Day, please provide your company's interest in participating in person or virtually. You can email the Contacting Officer, Amanda Jones, letting her know if you plan to participate. If you would like to participate in person, please request a DoD Safe Link from Amanda Jones. You will need to provide the attached Contractor Data for Industry Day EAL sheet with the requested information filled out completely. This information is required to obtain base access. There is no guarantee base access will be granted. The Government will not reschedule or work around conflicts preventing participation, to include any base access issues.
