Subject: Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W) intends to issue a sole-source contract to Karl Storz Endoscopy America. for maintenance of Karl Storz branded Integrated OR Systems located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX.
