- **24 August 2023 Amended Combined Synopisis to add deadline for questions on 31 August 2023 at 11:00 A.M. British Summer Time The Contractor shall perform aircraft washes and associated lube services as defined in the PWS for 100 ARW, 352 SOW, and 55 WG associated aircraft assigned to RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom (UK). This may include any deployed/TDY/transient aircraft to the 100 ARW, 352 SOW, and 55 WG. Historically, RAF Mildenhall completes on average 136 aircraft washes per year. The aircraft wash services shall be conducted in strict compliance with local, Air Force, Department of Defense, Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA), and Air Force Occupation Safety & Health (AFOSH) standards mandating instructions & safety requirements for military/civilian operations.
