- Amendment 0001 is posted which removes the Security Clearance requirement from Attachment 1 (PWS), removes Security Qualifying requirement from Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2, removes Attachment 2, DD254, and clarifes evaluation language in Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation).�� Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Combat and Tactical Leadership Instructional Support Services.� The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 611430, and the small business size standard is $15M.� The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, using Firm-Fixed Price Task Orders.� The guaranteed minimum contract value is $3,000.00 and the Note to Exceed maximum contract value/celing is $2,000,000.00.�� See Attached Solictation with Attachments for Details
