Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 dated 06/02/2023. (iv) A notice regarding any set-aside and the associated NAICS code 237310 Resurfacing, highway, road, street, or bridge size standard $39.5 Million. (v) A list of line-item number may be found in page Section B.1 Schedule of Items. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired may be found in page Section B.1 Schedule of Items. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point may be found in Section L Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Respondents. (viii) A statement that the provision at 52.212-3, may be found in Section K Provisions. (ix) A statement regarding the applicability of the provision may be found in Section K Provisions. (x) A statement advising offerors to include a completed copy of the provision point may be found in Section L Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Respondents. (xi) A statement regarding any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices may be found in Section I�Contract Clauses. SCOPE OF CONTRACT The work required by this contract consists of furnishing and applying an aggregate surface lift to the Lenore Seed�Orchard Road and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. This work includes�furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operation supplies, and incidentals. Description of Work: The Lenore Seed Orchard Road Resurfacing project consists of supplying and applying an aggregate surface lift to the�Lenore Seed Orchard Road in the North Fork Ranger District. Work also includes preparing the roadways for the�aggregate lift and rolling the roadway after application. PROJECT LOCATION The project is approximately 14 miles west of Orofino, Idaho. From Orofino, take US Highway 12 to Lenore Grade,�and Lenore Grade turn right on 275 Rd W until the junction with the project location. This project is located on the�North Fork Ranger District in Sections 32 and 34, Township 37 North, Range 1 West of the Boise Meridian.
