Description

This notice is being issued to comply with FAR 5.102(a). This notice uses the combined synopsis/solicitation stated in FAR Part 5.203(a)(1) & (2). A sole source award is intended to West Publishing Corporation pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) based on their exclusive partnership with Motorola/Vigilant Solutions and the law enforcement information capabilities that exist with their access to both the CLEAR and LEARN systems and the systems� intercommunication with the License Plate Reader technology. However, any interested party may provide a quote in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All quotes received will be fairly considered. Please see attached combined synopsis/soliciation document.�
