Requisition Number: 109538 Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award BPA Call Order with the Northwest Facilities Maintenance (FMAC).� The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Special Projects Operations Center (SPOC), Northwest Branch is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA�s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3�SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against multiple award schedule BPAs for Building Painting and Roof Replacements, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest located at USDA�s Contract Portal, awarded against BPA -Northwest Facilities Maintenance (FMAC). PSC � Z2JZ Repair and Alteration of Miscellaneous Bldgs NAICS � 238160 �Roofing Contractors Size Standard � $19.0 Project Location This project is located at multiple sites. 1) The Sled Springs Work Center is located approximately 20 miles north of Enterprise, OR. 2) The Moss Springs Guard Station is located approximately 6 miles east of Cove, OR. 3) The Boundary Guard Station is located approximately 2.5 miles southeast of Granite, OR. This is a Non-Personal Services, BPA Call Oder is for Building Painting and Roof Replacements, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest. The Requisition 1095388 - Building Painting and Roof Replacements at Wallowa-Whitman National Forest project intends to replace the roofs on three buildings (Sled Springs Work Center Warehouse, Moss Springs Guard Station Cabin, and Boundary Guard Station Cabin) and repainting two buildings (Moss Springs Guard Station Cabin and Boundary Guard Station Cabin). The Government intends to make an award in the September 2023 timeframe.
