Description

The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG) Director of Operational Logistics (DOL-94), proposes to enter into a sole source, three (3) month contract with Cape Fox Facilities Services, LLC , for Janitorial Services in USCG Base Ketchikan, Alaska. The contract period of performance is 09/11/2023 � 12/10/2023. The contractor will provide all services per the PWS. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) ""Only One Responsible Source/a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� See the attached SAP Justification for details. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICIATION IS AVAILABLE. Telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice.� Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government.
