- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: � The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to AV3 Inc, CAGE: 5MNS4, ADDRESS: 28275, Three Notch Rd, Mechaniscville, Maryland 20659-7236, United States. AV3 Inc. will provide the 56th Special Operations Intelligence Squadron (SOIS) with a TSVTC System. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). �The anticipated award date is 1 September 2023.� Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. �However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the products listed above. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 1 September 2023 at 12:00 PM (MDT).
