- In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the small business manufacturer, Lifeline Software, Inc, located at 161 Commerce Road, Suite 3, Boynton Beach, FL., 33426: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE CLIN 0001 Perpetual RadCalc 3D EPID-EPID-based Pre-treatment Dosimetry 1 EA CLIN 0002 Perpetual RadCalc 3Dcc- 3D IMRT/VMAT/SBRT with Collapsed Cone Algorithm 1 EA CLIN 0003 Perpetual RadCalc 3Dmc- 3D Dosimetric calculations using Monte Carlo - Support for Photons 1 EA CLIN 0004 Dose Calculation Hardware- Dose calculation hardware necessary for utilization of the Monte Carlo and Collapsed Cone algorithms. 1 EA CLIN 0005 Implementation Service- Customer Success Manager led 3D implementation service to provide baseline validation of the Monte Carlo and Collapsed Cone dose calculation algorithms. Final clinical validation is the sole responsibility of the responsible medical physicist. 1 EA RadCalc independently verifies dosimetric calculations from the treatment planning system with 3D volumetric algorithms in an easy-to-use software platform. Additionally, the software includes comprehensive institution and physics data setup, import of radiation therapy plans, automated dosimetric calculations, and export to record and verify systems. RadCalc also provides powerful reporting tools and flexible site licensing. Results are checked independently from the vendor s treatment planning system securing unbiased validation. RadCalc s 3D functionality offers verification for 3D, IMRT, VMAT, and SRS/SBRT plans. Additionally, EPID dosimetry adds level of treatment delivery verification. Dosing throughout the treatment volume is verified with RadCalc thus increasing patient safety and plan quality by enhancing OKCVAMC s medicine service ability to verify complicated treatment plans more accurately. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 513210 and the Business Size Standard is $47M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Friday, September 1, 2023. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
