- Description
- The Montana Army National Guard intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed-Price contract to Inveris Training Solutions, Inc (087W6).� In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstance of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to unique capability/concept, is not otherwise available to the Government, and does not resemble the substance of a pending competitive acquisition.� The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the Montana Army National Guard anticipates issuing a contract to Inveris Training Solutions, Inc for their DP62 Moving Armor Target System (MATS).� This notice is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals thus no solicitation will be posted. However, any party that believes it can meet this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform/deliver the requirement.� Included must be sufficient technical detail/information that a reasonable determination can be made that the offered item/service would qualify given the provided information.� Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Sole Source justification posted providing technical and compatibility details for the requirement.� See attachment for necessary details required for any response to this intent to sole source.� Please email responses to Adam Sackman, Contracting Officer at adam.d.sackman.civ@army.mil.
