- RLP Amendment No. 4 (08/28/2023) The Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) is hereby modified to extend the due time and date for offers from 4:30 PM Eastern, Thursday, August 31, 2023 to�4:30 PM Eastern, Thursday, September 28, 2023. All other aspects of the RLP remain unchanged from its previous version(s) or RLP amendments. RLP Amendment No. 3 (07/27/2023) The Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) is hereby modified to remove the ware yard and secure exterior storage from the space type requirements. EXHIBIT B - Agency Specific Requirements, Morgantown, Monongalia County, West Virginia, is hereby modified to remove the ware yard and secure exterior storage space type requirements. All other aspects of the RLP remain unchanged from its previous version(s) or RLP amendments. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RLP Amendment No. 2 (07/26/2023) The Request for Lease proposal (RLP) is hereby modified to extend the due time and date for offers for 4:30 PM Eastern, Thursday, July 27, 2023 to 4:30 PM Eastern, Thursday, August 31, 2023.�� All other aspects of the RLP remain unchanged from its previous version(s) or RLP amendments. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RLP Amendment No. 1 (06/20/2023) The Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) is hereby modified to establish a not to exceed (NTE) rentable square feet (RSF) of 4,684 RSF. All other aspects of the RLP remain unchanged from its previous version(s). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Attached is Request for Lease Proposal 57-54061-23-NR (RLP) for leashold interest in real property for general-purpose office and related space with a ware yard in Morgantown, Monongalia County WV.� The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due time and date established in the RLP.� Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicited offers must confirm they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain.� The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
