- Description
- The Contractor shall deliver a quantity of 2 concurrent software seats for a simulation modeling tool, inclusive of FOB Destination delivery, installation, warranty, and training. Period of performance is one (1) year after delivery. Delivery shall be made within 2 weeks of award. The software should support the following: Build, mechanize, optimize, and export views of a system such as robot or machine between the virtual and the physical worlds Analyze alternative configurations of a robot workcell Build and help to collect the data that are relevant to the vision of the workcell digital twin. Build a digital twin of a machine such as robot arm, computer numerical control machine tool, coordinate measuring machine, processed part, tool, end effector, and processed part using the geometric data and trajectory kinematics. The tool should support modeling the control system for individualized robot arm or component. Acquire and using data necessary for multi-body dynamic modeling and analysis Support visualization of each joint data of a robot to support understanding system behavior Support holistic representation of a system, such as the entire robot (as opposed to each robot arm/joint) or the entire robot workcell. In this regard, the software should support to determine the loads, forces, and torques occurring during operation. The data computed from the software should be exported to another software module for analysis. Enable specifying the trajectory curve of the robot end effector or cutting tool so that the relevant motion characteristics (rotation angle, rotational speed, and the rotational acceleration) as well as the required actuating torques for each joint are determined. Implement the system control algorithm to implement the electrical control system to the motors. Therefore, multibody and network melding of a robot and CNC machine tool should be supported. Support modeling the mechatronic system behavior and model the effect of degradation of system components due to wear and analyze output data to understand the effect of these degradations on overall system performance especially regarding safety and energy consumption. Combine topology optimization and motion Analysis.
