Description: The U.S. Department of Education (Department) has a requirement for Apple Devices and Accessories. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS code 334111 is covered by the non-manufacturer rule class waiver list.� The Department intends to award a single-award firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. This procurement is being completed using the procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The IDIQ contract will have a five-year ordering period. The RFQ is expected to be released in August 2023 via https://sam.gov.
