Description

This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 339113. NAICS Code 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. See the statement of work excerpt below. PURPOSE The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the following products: An interested party must meet or exceed the salient characteristics of the Reliance FX-920 chair; STAND ALONE UNIT NOT CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK Fully powered tilt examination chair for compact spaces. Used in the Optometry, Ophthalmology, and eye glass clinic. Operated by Optometry, Ophthalmology, and specialty technicians. Must have warranty Color must be black Must have glide or a way to move chair easily in room Must have memory programming Must have CSA, and C/US certificate of compliance Must have auto return button Must have safety switch Must have armrests that lock in place Must release that allows patient to exit both sides of the chair Must have hydraulic base tested to 600lbs Must have adjustable headrest See the attached Requests for Quote document.
