- The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to update the following attachments:� Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 01 1. Pricing Proposal Sheet Amendment 01 2. Performance Work Statement Amendment 01 4. FAR 52.212-1 Amendment 01 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.� PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N4215823QS054. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-04 Effective June 22, 2023, and DFARS Change Notice 20230720. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS Code is 811310 and the Small Business Standard is $12.5M. The Product Service Code is J042. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit as SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This posting is a request for competitive quotes. All quotations received by the closing response date may be considered by the Government. QUESTIONS: Offerors may submit their questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements to Amanda Cordell by email at Amanda.j.cordell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:30AM EST on August 31, 2023. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered. Period of Performance (POP): Base Period: 09/20/2023 � 09/19/2024 Option 1: 09/20/2024 � 09/19/2025 Option 2: 09/20/2025 � 09/19/2026 Option 3: 09/20/2026 � 09/19/2027 Option 4: 09/20/2027 � 09/19/2028 This announcement will close on September 4, 2023 at 01:00PM Eastern Standard Time. Shipping term shall be FOB Destination; therefore, quote SHALL include shipping cost.�� Upon CLIN expiration, unused funds shall be de-obligated for the following CLIN(s): 0002, 0004, 0005, 1002, 1004, 1005, 2002, 2004, 2005, 3002, 3004, 3005, 4002, 4004, and 4005. System for Award Management (SAM). Quoting vendors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://sam.gov/. To be considered for this opportunity, all quotes shall be submitted in either Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF. Quote must include FOB Destination, a point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms. Quote must include completed and signed Pricing Proposal Sheet Amendment 01 (Attachment 1). An award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Each quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements in the SOW. Responses to this solicitation are due by 1:00PM EST on September 4, 2023.
