Description

[UPDATED 29 AUGUST 2023] This is a combined/synopsis/solicitation issued by the 374th Contracting Squadron at Yokota Air Base.� The contractor shall be responsible for providing qualified personnel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to wash and paint the F-86 static aircraft on Yokota Air Base, Japan. The contractor shall also be responsible for; consumables, equipment, utilities, and waste collection/disposal required for the refurbishment. The contractor shall also be responsible for paint touch-up of any areas that require animal proofing, repair, sealing, or damage caused by washing of aircraft. Resultant to this, new Q&A responses have been posted.� Additionally, attachment 1 PWS and attachment 2 contractor responsibility were updated to reflect the responses provided through the Q&A response on 18 August 2023.� 18 August 2023� Further questions were received for the requirement. Resultant to this , the following has been uploaded .� (1) Q&A Form (2) Amendment 0001 (3) Revised PWS (4) Reference picture for Q&A (5a,5b) Base access request forms .� 10 August 2023� A vendor submitted a question requesting for more pictures of the aircraft. 21 photos (1 PDF) has been uploaded for reference.�
