Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov The RFQ number is N4215823R0005. It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Requirement is issued by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Acquisition is: Unrestricted The NAICS code: 532490 and the Small Business Standard is $40.0 million. Method of Solicitation: RFQ Offer issue due: August 31, 2023 10:00am, EST The contractor is required to sign this document and return copies to the issuing office. Contractor agrees to furnish and deliver all items set forth or otherwise Identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) requires vendors capable of providing all required services, labor, material and equipment necessary to successfully supply the rental of four (4) 800 CFM Oil Free electric powered compressor & four (4) 800 CFM Air Dryers to support upcoming. See incorporated RFQ and Statement of Work (SOW). Quotes must be submitted via email to theresa.m.clark36.civ@us.navy.mil and courtney.t.woodley.civ@us.navy.mil Thursday August 30, 2023 at 1000 a.m. EST and must include the four mandatory clauses FAR 52.203-18, 52.204-24, and 52.209-11 to be considered for award. In that case, the Government reserves the right to consider the past performance of other quotes/offers, conduct a price, past performance tradeoff, and award to other than the lowest price quote/offer.
