- This is a synopsis/presolicitation notice for a non-commercial supply purchase. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has established a requirement for the production, assembly, testing, and delivery of Pulper and Shredder Processing Equipment� for US Navy ships. A draft copy of the Statement of Work is attached to this announcement. This solicitation shall be issued on an unrestricted basis. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offerors must be registered in the SAM.gov database to be considered for award. See https://.sam.gov/ for further information and instructions.
