Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 12FPC323Q0102 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 12 and 13 are being utilized.� The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price (FFP) award based on the lowest price, technically acceptable quote that conforms to the solicitation requirements. Line Item 0001 � GS18 Survey Equipment & Supplies (SEE ATTACHED P03 1105960 Pricing List) Line Item 0002 � Shipping Description of Requirement.� The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Spokane Valley, WA has a requirement for the acquisition of Brand Name Only Leica GS18 Survey Equipment & Supplies. This is a Brand Name Only requirement. No other brand will be accepted. Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance.� Period of Performance / Delivery date will be approximately 120 days after receipt of award.� The product will be delivered to the location listed below. Delivery Location: USDA NRCS � Engineering, 11707 E.
