- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, intends to negotiate a single award contract with Firm Fixed Price provisions to procure ARRAY PROBES �delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. In addition, Zetec, Inc. is the only acceptable manufacturer Cage Code: 51327. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519, The requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) and FAR Subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items) procedures in anticipation of awarding a firm fixed price contract.
