- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price definitive contract to provide a comprehensive Pathology Medical Voice Recognition and Dictation System to Salt Lake City VA Medical Center, located at 500 Foothill Dr., Salt Lake City, UT, 84148. Contractor shall provide all voice recognition and dictation system with appropriate medical software, licenses, and equipment for dictation and reporting of anatomic pathology patient results. The system shall include word processing tools to quickly create and edit text and pre-existing or customizable templates the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center. This solicitation is only open to small businesses. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about August 29, 2023 and proposals shall be due 7 days after the issuance of the solicitation, and no later than 11:00 a.m. mountain time. The applicable NAICS code is 541519- Other Computer Related Services with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees. However, the small business size standard for a concern that submits an offer, other than on a construction or service acquisition, but proposes to furnish an end item that it did not itself manufacture, process, or produce is 500 employees, or 150 employees for information technology value-added resellers under NAICS code 541519. This solicitation will be open to all small business concerns. The solicitation reference is 36C25923Q0693-Medical Voice Recognition and Dictation System and should be referenced in all correspondence/ inquiries. The locations for services are stated above. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Contracting Opportunities (CO) website at www.betasam.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided.
