Description

The requirement is to provide two precision prototyping Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) additive manufacturing machines (3D Printers) one with minimum print volume of (14�x10�x14�) and one with minimum print volume of (10�x10�x10�). Salient Characteristics: At a minimum, the new additive manufacturing machines must: - Print multiple materials to include PLA, ABS, ASA, TPU, and support material - Include any required components for printing PLA, ABS, ASA, TPU, and support material - Have a minimum of two print heads. One for model material and one for support material - Have a heated print bed and/or heated printing chamber - Utilize a support material compatible with P400-Soluble Concentrate - Have a minimum accuracy of +/- .01 inch - Operate on a 110v/15A circuit - Compatible with Windows 10/11 - Wired or wireless communication for sending print files from PC to machine - Include installation and training.
