NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT AND CALIBRATION OF ATI PHOTOMETERS & TDA-100 TESTERS This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-l(b)(1). The US Army Contracting Command -Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; has a requirement to procure the following service: The Chemical Biological Center (CBC) Test Reliability & Evaluation Branch (TREB) requires annual calibration and preventive maintenance for the following equipment: six (6) ATI Photometers & two (2) TDA-100 Testers. located at the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The service is for a 12-month base period and two (2) option period. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Air Techniques International (ATI), 11403 Conridge Drive, Owings Mills, MD 21117-2247. ATI is the previous contract holder. �The continued need for the calibration, preventive maintenance, and as-needed repair of the ATI Photometers and TDA-100P Automatic Filter Testers, has been deemed critical. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAlCS) Code is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the Small Business Size Standard is $34M. All responses received within five businesses (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than 10:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), 06 September 2023 with the following information: Company name.
