- Description
- Tributary Habitat Program Oregon and Washington IDIQ - Questions and Responses 1. Question: First, what is the expected role of the Project Manager key personnel? Specifically, does Reclamation desire one Project Manager for the whole team that manages distribution of task orders, or do they envision this role as the manager of individual task orders/restoration projects? Response: The Contract Manager* is envisioned to manage the distribution of task orders. Individual Task Orders shall have Project Managers assigned to them. Project Managers should have extensive knowledge of the project, partners and stakeholders. *Note the labor category of Contract Manager has taken the place of Task Order Manager as that title better represents the intent of that role. 2. Question: Should we include Project Managers from each firm on the team, or are they one point of contact for Reclamation? Response: Include the Project Manager(s) who will be the primary Project Manager(s) for the task orders. Given the anticipated workload associated with this project, multiple Project Managers may be needed to manage multiple simultaneous projects. 3. Question: We are also wondering if we should include letters of agreement between the prime firm and the subcontractors. We are not a joint venture, but we don't want to lose points by not including a letter if one is desired. Response: Letters of agreement are not required but not discouraged either. 4. Question: Regarding the A/E firm registration, does that just mean we need to provide our business license? Response: Yes, your business license(s) with appropriate professional registrations need to be included.
