Description

Description: The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL, intends to issue a solicitation utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to RENK Systems Corporation. RENK Systems Corporation has been identified as the only source to fulfill this requirement. This proposed action is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 332991 falls under Ball and Roller Bearing Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 (Number of employees). The following is an emergent need. Replacement parts are required to support the Main Reduction Gear system. PN 6472299 Plain bearpos.2015 (4 ea.) PN 6472300 Plain bearpos.2017 (2 ea.) This notice of intent is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for a proposal, request for quote or an invitation to bid. All sources eligible to provide for this requirement MUST respond in writing by Friday, September 1, 2023. All qualified sources must support their responses with clear, precise, and convincing evidence that they can provide the Main Reduction Gear (MRG) Bearings outlined by the respective part numbers listed above. Otherwise, the Government will consider RENK Systems Corporation as the sole source provider and will make a direct award RENK Systems Corporation.
