Ft. (ABOA):�� �2,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �2,500 Space Type:�� �Office and related Parking Spaces (Total):�� �20 Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �20 Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �0 Full Term:�� �5 years Firm Term:�� �5 years Option Term:�� �N/A Additional Requirements:�� �The space will include a reception area, open office space, private offices, conference and training room, beak room, storage and file room. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. Expressions of interest should include the following information at a minimum: 1.�� �Building name, address, and age of the building; 2.�� �Location of space in the building and date space will be ready for commencement of tenant improvements; 3.�� �Rentable square feet (RSF) offered and rate per RSF; 4.�� �ANSI/BOMA office area/usable square feet (ABOA SF) and rental rate per ABOA SF, full service, inclusive of a Tenant Improvement Allowance of $47.75/ABOA SF, and meeting GSA�s standard building shell requirements; 5.�� �Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. 6.�� �Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space; 7.�� �Information on project and building ownership; 8.�� �A description of additional tenant concessions offered, if any; 9.�� �Provide the column spacing within the building and/or the available leased space; and 10.�� �Provide the minimum finished ceiling height within the building and/or available leased space.
