Description

Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract.  This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:    L1 Enterprises Incorporated 618 W PATRICK ST FREDERICK, MD 21701-4028 Congressional District: 06 ueiSAM: RK5ZXQ77CN73 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate to purchase Spectralis Tracking OCT System and Equipment located at the VAMC Jamaica Plain. The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.   The NAICS 339115. The size standard is 1,000 employees. The PSC/FSC is 6540.         Interested persons may contact the Contracting Officer by email at keri.reeves@va.gov regarding this procurement.  The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.   Response must be received by 09/05/2023 NLT 10:00am EST.
