- Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W) intends to issue a sole-source contract to KCI USA, Inc. for Wound V.A.C Ulta Rentals to be used at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, Colorado. The sole-source contract will have a period of performance of 1 October 2023 through 30 September 2027, inclusive of the base period and all options.� The NAICS code is 339113, with size standard of 800 employees.� This notice of intent is generated for the purposes of posting the final Justification & Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT DOES NOT SERVEAS A SOLICITATION.
