- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL � Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) on behalf of the Cardiovascular Health and Interventional Radiology CVHIR of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in Bethesda MD, intends to�award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to�Getinge USA Sales, LLC 1 Geoffrey Way, Wayne, NJ 07470� The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting �Other than full and Open Competition� in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 � Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.� This contract is intended to meet the mission of Cardiovascular Health and Interventional Radiology�s requirement to acquire services to upgrade the intra-aortic balloon pumps used throughout the hospital such as in the ICU or OR based on patient need. Gentinge is registered SAM.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 622110 General Medical and Surgical Hospitals with a Small Business Size Standard: $47.0 M.�This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
