- This RFQ has been reopened and extended to September 7, 2023 by 11:00 AM EST. PLEASE PROVIDE QUOTE ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD AND BE SURE TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL CAPABILITY INFROMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PWS. In support of this mission, the US Naval Community College (USNCC) requires the procurement of an Instructional Materials Platform (IMP) that can be utilized to procure and deliver cost-effective digital texts and content to students who are enrolled in the USNCC program and its courses.
