- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Single Source Contract and not a Request for Competitive Quotations. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Office (KFFWO) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Real Time Research (RTR) to provide Telemetry Project Assistance for the Klamath Falls Fish & Wildlife Service Office (KFFWO). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The objective is to provide assistance with several aspects of their on-going telemetry study to monitor fish from the Sucker Assisted Rearing Program (SARP). RTR will assist the KFFWO with data management, study design, statistical analyses, technical writing, and other assistance involving their telemetry data, datasets, and results. Primary tasks include, but not limited to, analysis and preparation of a technical report of the 2018-2019 telemetry datasets, assessments of on-going and future telemetry study design, analysis and preparation of a technical report of the 2022-2023 telemetry datasets. RTR has extensive experience woring the the Klamath Basin, and with data and analyses relevant to this project, specially data regarding sucker survival and morality, which is central to the issues applied research the KFFWO needs to address by using the resources of this project. This Notice of Intent does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a Statement of Capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
