Description

NOTE: FAR 13.501(a)(ii) procedures are being utilized for this action. Response timeline is shortened. IAW DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d) The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract with USEFUL FICTION LLC (Cage Code: 8TMU2) under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204 (a)(1) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). � This request supports USASOC through an expanded idea of Fictional Intelligence (FICINT) as a means of creating a narrative and telling a story to make complex or abstract concepts more relatable and digestible. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, all responses received within 3 days after the posting date of this notice shall be considered by the agency.
