Description: The Maryland Air National Guard requires physical therapy and strength training for the Optimizing Human Weapons System program.�The OHWS program is designed to meet the unique physical needs of the rated fighter aircrew. Conditioning is accomplished through a comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary �pre?habilitative� physical training program with focused strength and conditioning and physical therapy.
